MOTION: The Board of Thurston County Commissioners proclaims that the 5-Hub System of the Asset Building Coalition of Thurston County shall be implemented to improve asset building among low income people of Thurston County and calls for service providers to join
in the effort and coordination.

Proclamation from the City of Tumwater

NOW THEREFORE, I, Ralph C. Osgood, Mayor of the City of Tumwater, do hereby proclaim March 2009 Asset Building Coalition of Thurston County Month and I call upon the people of the City of Tumwater to focus on building individual assets, improve asset building skills among limited income residents and for local service providers to join in the effort and coordination to improve the quality of life throughout the community.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Olympia City Council hereby expresses support for the creation and implementation of the 5-hub system of the Asset Building Coalition of Thurston County to improve asset building among low income people of Olympia and the greater Thurston County, and for area service providers to join in the effort and coordination. PROCLAMATION: Mayor Sackrison proclaimed that the 5-Hub System of the Asset Building Coalition of Thurston County be implemented to improve asset building among low income people. The goal of the coalition is to strengthen an integrated system of community resources to promote opportunities for people with limited incomes to become more financially stable.
